ARBITRATION AND JURISDICTION

The Arbitration shall be conducted in Stafford County, Virginia pursuant to the AAA rules, by a single arbitrator, to be selected in accordance with the AAA rules. Any award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on each of the parties and be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE 
Joshua Grey reserves the right to refuse service, including the sale of goods and the use of the Joshua Grey website, to any person at Joshua Grey’s sole discretion.

Joshua Grey reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Joshua Grey shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

PAYMENTS 
All prices are in US DOLLARS. Purchases can be made with any prepaid card, gift card, any debit card bearing the mark of Visa or MasterCard, and any Visa or MasterCard credit card. You can also make a purchase using Paypal, including any of the methods supported by the Paypal payment system. 

SHIPPING 
If you are missing merchandise from your order, have not received your order in a reasonable period of time, or have received a product you didn't order, please contact us immediately at truecurses@truecurses.com so we can investigate the problem and report back to you right away. Failure to contact Joshua Grey within a reasonable amount of time regarding missing or incorrect merchandise will result in a forfeiture of any remedies under this paragraph.
